4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Orders are fulfilled from the United States.

CreativeNest currently ships only to:

• United States;
• Canada; and
• Mexico.

Orders with delivery addresses outside the destinations supported during checkout cannot be completed.

Processing times, estimated transit times, shipping charges, customs information, tracking procedures, and delivery restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guarantees.

Delays may occur because of:

• Customs clearance;
• An incorrect or incomplete address;
• Severe weather;
• Public holidays;
• Peak shipping periods;
• Carrier disruptions;
• Remote delivery locations;
• Security or payment verification; or
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

An order containing multiple items may be fulfilled or delivered in separate packages.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER PROBLEMS

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Do not send an item back before receiving return authorization and instructions from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Where the claim is verified, CreativeNest will provide an appropriate solution and bear applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
